I have a HP Pavilion g6 2244sa laptop with windows 8 that I bought on 30/04/2013. The laptop has worked perfectly since I got it and I used it last night and it shut down as normal. However, I have just returned home and attempted to turn the computer on to find that it will not start up. The white light flashes, the fans start and the screen turns on, if I press f11, it briefly acknowledges the command but the promptly everything shuts off. I have done a hard reset but nothing has changed.
