My computer overheats and cannot use it. Most of the time it overheats before it will even turn on. Have replaced the battery per manufacturers request. Also checked the fan for debris. The only way I am able to operate it is by placing ice packs underneath the computer. How to fix without using ice packs, can you help. HP Pavillion DV 5.
Thank You,
DEB
