2 issues:
1. After only 18 months, my laptop is telling me that I have a problem with the Primary (internal) battery 601. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do apart from buying a new battery?
2. Since then, the keyboard has stopped working, except for about 6 keys. I've done a hard reset which didn't work. Then I did a Bios update which did nothing. Any ideas? Could it be linked to the above?
