So I am not tech savvy in the least. I have been trying for the last 5 hours to get my laptop to boot up. I keep getting a screen that says "booting is missing press cntl+alt+delete to restart". I got the laptop 2 or so years ago and it had windows 7 preinstalled on it. I don't remember if I did any sort of back up on it when I got it. It did not come with any discs and over the last month I've been having. Issues with it. I looked it all up online and nothing seemed to fix my problems I tried as many repair options I could find and nothing. I was then told that I should be able to do a recovery and return my computer to the way it was when it was when it was shipped out from the factory. So as a last resort I decided to try it thinking that I probably have nothing to loose. I am regretting that decision. Cause now I can't really do anything. I am able to get into the f2, f9 and f10 menues I have run a hard disc test and any other tests that are available but when I hit f11 the screen is black except for in the bottom left corner where it says " f11...system recovery" but nothing happens after that. I am getting rather frustrated and will likely head down to a shop in town that deals with computer repair when I get a chance but could someone give me any idea as to what I need to do to fix this...?
