HP Once Again fails to come through

My 3rd replacement from HP in less than 8 months was sent in for service due to multiple failures. The HP Envy dv7 7300 Quad is only 2 months old. It was sent back to TX for service on the 8th of July. It was received by the service center the next morning. It is now the 12th and I was promised a 6-7 day turnaround. I called the Escalation team and asked the status of repair to the computer. It turn out the service center has not even looked at it yet. Tell me if they will have it back within the timeframe promised? Probably not as they do not work on the weekend. Once again HP fails with their "World Class Service". I am so done with HP. They have cost me so much time and energy, not to speak of the loss of data.

They also fail to realize how long it takes to reload my programs, call the companies to get another license or registration key. Also, due to the hard drive failure my Adobe Lightroom pictures that had folders setup now have pictures from one folder dumped randomly into another folder and I will now have to sort through several thousand pictures to get them back in their proper folders. I asked HP if they would be willing to give me the new Microsoft home & Office 2013 for free for all the problems I have encountered and their answer was "no". I asked why and was told it cost to much. You think it hasn't cost me so much time and money? I had to repurchase programs because the software companies we're unwilling to issue another registration key. HP , once again fails to abide by their services.

Will someone please tell me what it is going to take to have a working computer from this company? A computer that will work for more than three months at a time? HP, you promised me a 6-7 day turnaround and you broke your promise again! I should have known you would fail to meet the deadline. You have failed me so many times already, I guess I should know better by now that you do not have "World Class Service" and you do not care about making it right.

Why should you care? You have your money and I am out so much more than what I initially paid for this piece of junk! I had really hoped that this time with all your promises to me in writing you would finally do something right! What a huge disappoint you are as a company. I had also hoped that I could finally blog that HP lived up to their reputation. Well, that isn't going to happen this time either.

I would nerver recommend that anyone buy HP at this time. You have a major design flaw on this model and you know it and yet you still continue to sell them!

It is 4:30am here and I cannot sleep because all I can think of is the fact that even with repairs to this computer I will bet that it will fail again! Take it off the market!

HP owes me big time. Here I thought that since an Exective Manager at HP Headquarters finally got involved with the case things would get turned around. I should have known better.
