Hello Everyone,
As you may know, HP ProBook 4540s (i7-3632QM, AMD Video Card) is made of some metal frames (panels). When the notebook is charging via adapter (or just is plugged in), the surface of the metal frames have some "vibration" which is quite annoying for me since I am translator and have to type almost all the day (the same effect refers to the lid which is also made of metal). Of course, the plastic bottom has no "vibration" at all. I was told in the shop, where I bought the notebook that this effect is due to absence of proper grounding in my home socket. Indeed, when I install grounding in my home socket, the vibration has disappeared. However, since I cannot install sockets with grounding in all buildings I may live in/work in, can someone please explain to me what the nature of this effect is? Is it something like magnetic/electric field? Is it dangerous for a human's health, if you feel this "vibration" all the day with your fingers? I bought this notebook about 2 months ago, and no one has clarified this issue so far... Well, I do not want to sell this ProBook, it has perfect configuration for me and is very fast, thus it would be great if someone can answer my questions.
Thank you so much in advance.
