It seems like the improvements were very short lived. I still need to reset the network adapter frequently and I am not getting frequent 408/409 errors. This is very frustrating especially when I try to do a simple task like placing an online order and it takes over an hour and times out on the last step and loses all the data that I entered. I borrowed my son's Dell and placed the same order from the same place using the same Wifi network and was able to complete it in about 5 minutes with no incidents. This is getting very frustrating and I strongly believe that either my PC is a lemon or that this is a slow and terrible machine. If this isn't cleared up soon, I will never buy another HP product again.
