i have an hp mini laptop and i did a factory reset and i was talking with hp support by phone and they told me to hit f6 and it will do the restore so i did and then it came up with an xp windows file was missing or corrupt so they had me do a hard drive test which took awhile so the gentlemen told me to call back when it was finished well it finished int he middle of the night so i got up this morning and it said test "normal" so i tryed to exit out of it and i get a message that says to continue without changes "yes" or "no". So i tryed to call hp back this morning and they told me they couldnt help me unless i payed 59.99. So now im kinda stuck could someone please let me know if i hit "yes" or "no"????????????????????????????
