You can use Disk Management built in Windows which can help you create, extend, shrink and delete partitions. You can handle it with the guidance. But there are some limitations of Disk Management, for instance, the shrink volumes only can be minimize to the half of the original size. I know one kind of partition software which has free version for you to use. It breaks up the limitations of the Disk Management. Maybe you can have a try.
