Re: How do I file a complaint against customer service

Hi sir 

i am Nishant Kumar, i have HP Laptop( Pavilion g6).
i was taken in july 2012 , my guaranty period was up-to 5 july 2013.
on 20th June 2013, i had given my system for a complete format in a HP service center (Pinnacle Infotech Service, City CentreDurgapur) , and for adding 4GB RAM Extra. But after format and Restoration  i got a new type of problem came in the system. that is "Blue screen and then Restart " . so again i given , they again and again  format and restore but problem not resolved.
 At the end they finally told, problem is in hardisk and they change my hardisk, 
But after changing still that problem is present "Blue screen and unwanted restart" , now my guaranty period is over but problem from guaranty period to now is continue. that time i was in Durgapur (W.B) now i am in Bhubaneswar. 
                  sir what i do ?. before first formatting my computer was running very good. but after that ...."unwanted blue screen and restart" .... i am in tension what i do please help me.
   i will very grateful for your help.
