Within the bios there is no option to DISABLE smart. What i should want is a custom bios with the smart feature unlocked , and should disable it , the notebook works perfect , not one issue.

You should update your system BIOS to the latest version.
As for your request, HP does not provide any other BIOS versions that the ones posted on the Support & Drivers page for your specific notebook.
