I am so disappointed with this computer that I will never recommend any of my family, friends, or even enemies to purchase your products again. I am an Advocate for MISSING PERSONS and rely upon a safe and good running computer to help in our searches for missing persons. I have a HP Pavillion G series that over heats and now has cause the screen to completely stop working. Shame on HP for selling such a dangerous piece of equipment. I recently learned that many other families of Missing persons, Advocates, and followers on Social Network sites are experiencing the same problem. Many of us are not Non Profits and pay for everything out of our pockets to help spread the awareness about missing persons, and to pay more expenses to replace or repairs not only hurt our pockets, but lessen the chances of recovery of a missing person, because we cannot share their posters online. I am sure when all my pages for missing persons with over 10K on many of them find out how we are being sold overheating computers which black out your screens, they will not feel to good about trusting HP again for their computer needs.
