I have a similar problem & already posted a long email responding to someone else having same problem, I think it said the 13th due to time zone. Removing filters didn't even work for me.
Maybe you can search to find it. Too much to retype. I tried all the fixes & even changed out drive & still doesn't show up. From HP website this is probably a software issue.
I can't remember from your original note, but wonder if this is a Windows 7 issue?
