HP Tone Control.exe - Entry point not found

I own a HDX 9430EA laptop and I get the following error mesage on bootup:-

"HPtonectl.exe Entry point not found"

"SetCurrentProcessExplicitAppUserModelIDcouldnot belocatedinDynamiclinklibaryShell32.dll"

I click OK and the message disapears. By the way the HP Tone Controls are working normally.

Can someone please help to get rid of the error message as it driving me crazy.
