cq61 charging and power management problem

hi,
have been troubleshooting this for a while now but seem am not resulting any solution.
My cq61 laptop will charge sometime and sometime it will not charger even will not come up with AC power alone.
it sometimes slow down my system and took up the processor to 100% without running too much programs.

have run hard drive utility to check the hard disk, even backup my files and format the hard disk it still result that way. have used different tools to check the processor and even replace with another processor from same brand system but effort is not yielding any positive progress.

but I observed when it started acting that way if bring out the battery to power with adapter alone it will not come up and I even try it by putting battery with adapter on it but it will blink battery indicator light thrice and continue doing that for awhile and stop.
put when never the battery indicator shows that is charging it will work perfectly and even work with AC power alone.
this problems is hindering my project and one with helpful solutions to fix this problem.
