Today, I installed HP protecttools security manager on my probook 4440s using Window 7 Professional 64 bits. Installation process is perfect but when I begin to setup password, there is a problem. Wizard required me to enter Windows password and I typed correct password as well as trying to copy and paste, but it also notifies that: "System could not verify your password. Make sure you typed in correct password....". Moreover, I tried to change my window password by HP password manager, window password has changed( I tested) but it also noticed that:"Logon failure, user account restriction...". I logged on window by administrator right.
