hello all, trying to figure whats going on with my new lap top, and what i can do to get it fixed. my new laptop from costco is only a couple of weeks old, but last week something started happening that is just mildly frustrating.
Problem: on start up, 9 times out of 10 i have to restart my laptop to ge the trouch screen to work. the first boot up, the screen doesn't work, the second it usually does. i've only had to restart 3 times to get working once.
the first time it happened i went only looking for a solution and followed steps through my control panel and what not only to find that my laptop didn't think it even had touch screen capabilities.

as i said, mildly irritating, but still, worries me a little, maybe something else is wrong and this is just a symptom?
