my hp pavillion g6 usb mass storage does not work where i put internet dongle in one and pendrive to second
only printer usb drive third works. system is windows8.
after inserting the pendrive the usb mass storage device properties in device manager shows "windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of device driver is still in memory(code 38). the driver could not be loaded because the previous version of the driver is still in memory "
what to do ?
