I bought a HP Pavilion 15-n090sa a couple of weeks ago. It came with a one year warranty. I thought the right hinge looked a little different to the left but thought nothing of it. I then began to notice that actually the screen is rather wobbly, especially when i use the touch screen but even when typing it shakes! Is this just a flimsy product or is something wrong with the hinge?
It is not accidental damage as the hinge looked odd when i took it out of the box, I've not damaged it and have been extremely careful as it's new. Does the warranty cover this? I do not want to attempt to fix this myself as it's a brand new laptop. Please tell me if the warranty will cover it or will i have to pay to even find out if it's merely a flimsy screen.
