HP is a joke, waste of your time and money! I once use to support HP products, but have since learned my leason.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, cut your losses now, and move one to a company that will value your patronage. As it stands, I can not see them lasting in the long run with this HORRID excuse for customer service.
2 HOURS on hold for them to tell me they will charge us to repair an OBVIOUS design flaw. Shove it up your ... HP.
People please head my warning, and do yourself a favor. DO NOT BUY HP!! Tell your family, friends, and/or boss.
