I'll give it a try. I did try the second suggestion and followed the path C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\
Local\HP\Digital Imaging\hp1_skindefV2dat
I got as far as Local and there was nothing in the folder after that having anything to do with HP\DititalImaging\hp1_skindefV@dat
