Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your HP ENVY TouchSmart and not being able have it function correctly. Here is a link to perform a hardware test. If you are clicking on a file that is created or stored on the Cloud server this could cause it not to function correctly. Please let me know what is your model number and your current operating system? Here is a link that will help you find your model.
