Which version of HP Support Assistant are you using?
Under version 6.x of HP Support Assistant, tips were usually listed under Maintain, along with any other notifications that the HP Support Assistant needed to list for your computer. See HP Support Assistant Update 6.0 for more details.
Under version 7.x of HP Support Assistant, you might be looking for HP Messages, which appear under Updates and Tuneups, otherwise tips aren't listed anywhere in particular, but simply appear under any category/tile that a tip is relevant for. When you open the HP Support Assistant, it will perform an analysis of your computer, and any categories/tiles that have a new tip or action that needs your attention will have a tint and or an attention icon and message, if you see that click on the tile to open that category and review the tips or recommended actions.
