Even though you have a current version of HP Support Assistant, I'd probably recommend uninstalling it and reinstalling the latest version with a fresh download from;

What may have happened is that the HPSA has lost track of what drivers and updates are installed and which are the most current that it should recommend, probably due to corruption in the data stores it uses. Uninstalling and reinstalling is the easiest solution. You can find instructions for uninstalling HPSA at the bottom of Troubleshooting HP Support Assistant (Windows 7).
If that doesn't work, post back and we can look for some more involved solutions.
