User account control hijacked by Simple Pass that does not support this function.

Any ideas on how to fix this one?

There is no way to enter text into the user Account Control. Anything that could be used to disable or modify Simple pass or the User Account is blocked. It says swipe your finger but all that does is bring up the simple pass window for standard password entry.
